Wayne Sturman joined the Family Office in 2013, first as an independent investment advisor and subsequently became Cerco’s Chief Investment Officer upon its forma- tion in 2017. He has over 30 years’ investment experience across multiple sectors, including real estate, venture capital and private equity.

Prior to joining the Family Office, he was a principal of Paradigm Capital Group, a New York City based commer- cial real estate investment firm. In this capacity, he was responsible for all investment activity. He established ana- lytical protocols to evaluate credit risk and structured both debt and equity investments.

Mr. Sturman formerly worked as head of investment bank- ing for BCM Capital Management, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, PIPEs and cor- porate restructuring. He is also a founder of Hyteon Inc., a Canadian energy company, focused on hydrogen generation. He graduated magna cum laude from Ithaca College with a B.S. in finance and earned a graduate degree in real estate from New York University.
