Franz Cervinka joined the Family Office in 2024 as an Underwriter at Cerco, where he supports the origination and underwriting of the firm's debt investments. He is actively involved in sourcing, structuring, and underwriting prospective transactions.

Before joining the Family Office, Mr. Cervinka worked in the Debt Advisory and Restructuring Group at Jefferies in New York, where he assisted both distressed and non-distressed companies in devising innovative liability management and restructuring solutions.

Mr. Cervinka graduated summa cum laude from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance.
